Hand to Hand Fitness

Our classes draw from tried and true martial arts, calisthenics and strength training. They are designed to increase your overall functional fitness, endurance and health.

The overall goal is giving you the knowledge and ability to continue your physical fitness journey without needing a gym and be able to craft a program of your own.

Class content is crafted from James’s extensive experience in: Submission wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Striking, MACP, SOCP and MMA.
