Who trains with us

We work with students in class settings, one-on-one or small group sessions, seminars, or through contracts with organizations. My students are interested in personal health and development, self-defense, and community. We have special interest in working with those that are at higher risk of being attacked or needing to defend themselves, including women, mental health professionals, and first responders. Classes may offer the technical skill for those interested in competition or sport, though that is not the primary focus of H2H Fitness.
