We train in indoor class settings, outdoors, in seminars, or through contracts with organizations. Our students are interested in personal health and development, self-defense, and community. Our goal is to provide training and scenarios that safely transfer into real world situations. We have special interest in working with those that are at higher risk of being attacked or needing to defend themselves, including women, mental health professionals, and first responders. Classes offer the technical martial skill for those interested in competition or sport, though that is not the primary focus of H2H Fitness.
